"1 star review #2: I asked to be left alone. you all are now sending mail to my house about the same thing I asked you to leave me alone about. im starting to feel harassed at this point and if I recieve any further contact from you ill be seeking legal advice as to what can be done for harassment. I SAY AGAIN, LEAVE ME ALONE! ----------- guy by the name of nick keeps contacting me about insurance. this time I told him "id prefer if you stopped contacting me and tell your friends." I already have insurance and dont need or want state farm. nick proceeded to text back with, from my perspective, an unprofessional remark. regardless of how he meant it, I took it as him having an attitude with me because I didnt want his business. I informed him I didnt appreciate his attitude when he is soliciting services to me, unprovoked on my part. that is NO way to talk to someone you are trying to get signed up for a policy. I asked for his direct supervisor and he has yet to respond. is this how statefarm does business? if so id never give them my business and will encourage others to avoid this business due to the attitude their employees give people they "cold call"."

Niki and her team reached out to help with finalizing details on my private mortgage and some other things that would have been difficult for most too. But again they made it easy.
